| The building with arched windows is the former dining room, this is the most damaged. If renovations are expected, the structures of other buildings (farm, part hotel) are healthy. The road in front is the old road that connected the Tence Chambon sur Lignon. It runs along the grooves of the Lignon River, which flows through the town. Since it is a more northerly route that is used to get from one town to another, the road of keeping a character Collinette plus bucolique et touristique avec peu de fréquentation et de passage. The building with arcade windows is the former restaurant room. Renovation is needed, though the buildings' structure is healthy. The road passing along is the former road that linked Tence to Le Chambon sur Lignon. It follows the natural path of the Lignon river. Nowadays, there is a new road northern that is used to go from one village to the other, and "La Collinette's road" is mainly used for touristic aims and therefore has only few frequentation.  |

| Devesset Lake is located 12 kilometers from Chambon. can go fishing just as some water sports. Many people come for example from Saint Etienne to practice windsurfing. During winter, it happens that this mountain lake is completely frozen, then leaving free rein to skaters on ice. Another lake is located near the Chambon, The Dam Valletta, located 22 kilometers from Chambon.
