Petit message to tell you that steps have begun.
We sent the letter terminating the lease because the notice period is three months and we would vacate the apartment on Dec. 18 to spend the festive season and more with our families.
The owner received the letter Saturday morning to a letter sent Friday. It's quick once mailed. Must say that at the same time she lives in the same street. But as it has to be sent by registered mail with return receipt ...
course I also warned by the owner email, something she enjoyed and she took the opportunity to tell us that we have as tenants was pleasant. (Good thing I need a letter of recommendation for our future housing in Montreal ...,-p)
And this morning, surprise! She sent me an email so we mean it planned to sell the apartment.
So now it's on, December 18th we're on the street.
We thought eventually if ever the case took too late or never (the worst) the dossier was ultimately not accepted, we could prevent the owner finally we keep.
But no ...
Aside from that, the embassy takes his time well. I read on a forum that Dr. Gough, doctor approved by the embassy, saw just under future permanent residents at this time.
Is there a reason for this slowdown? Is this going to start soon? The next episode.
's all for now ....
